Lisa Diernisse is the Federal Contracts Manager of i-Link Solutions. Lisa has 35 years of experience in the federal contracting sector including 17 years in supervisory/management roles. She has served in numerous agencies as a Contracting Officer with an unlimited warrant, up to the GS-15 and Division Director levels, and on the industry side for approximately half her career as an acquisition subject matter expert consultant, project manager and corporate contracting manager.
Lisa has a uniquely broad and deep understanding of federal contracting, in all facets of acquisition, gained through working for or in every branch of the military, four agencies of the DoD 4th Estate as well as the General Services Administration, Dept. of Justice’s Drug Enforcement Administration and Immigration and Naturalization Service, Dept. of Treasury, FDIC, and the U.S. Dept. of Health and Human Services. She is DAWIA III certified in acquisition and is a Certified Public Contracts Manager (CPCM).
Lisa supports i-Link Solutions in many ways:
- Manages federal contracts and subcontracts including contract reporting and compliance.
- Negotiates and executes teaming agreements and subcontracts.
- Assists with business development efforts and proposal submission; drafts and executes contractual portions of proposals.
