This contract recognizes the need for quick and surgical IT services because of the ever-evolving world of technology. It lets member state agencies, public authorities, educational bodies, and nonprofit and private organizations hire us on an hourly basis without seeking any permissions.

While most of the services are required in Albany, New York, there are contracts that need to be carried out throughout New York State.

Each project from HBITS is more demanding than the last and needs to be carried out under a tight deadline. The hourly basis means we don’t just have to work fast, we need to work right. There is no room for error, otherwise the cost-efficiency suffers.
