Patricia Gietl, a seasoned IT executive at i-Link Solutions, brings over twenty-five years of Public Sector experience in leadership management, business development, and delivering IT solutions focused on driving growth. Patricia excels in growing customer relationships, business development/sales, capture and proposal management.

As an accomplished, challenge-driven, and results-focused professional, Patricia has proven growth results from her time at large firms like HP, GDIT, and ManTech, as well as small businesses preparing for graduation.

Patricia actively contributes to the professional community through her memberships and roles in Women in Technology and ACT-IAC.

Devon Wright

Devon Wright has always had a knack for customer relations, a skill he has been using at i-Link Solutions since 2017.

Devon supports i-Link Solutions in many ways including:

• Utilizing his 30 years of experience with US immigration laws to provide strategic direction to i-Link Solutions.
• Ensuring i-Link Solutions is compliant with all government rules and regulations.
• Identifying and capturing new State and Commercial opportunities.
• Acting as Program Manager for i-Link Solutions’ expanding NY-HBITS contract.

Saro Ramakrishnan

Saro has 28 years of experience working across various Federal agencies, Financial services, and commercial industry providing IT Leadership, Strategy, Proposal Support, Solution Architecture, and Enterprise Architecture successfully. He comes from a strong Development background. He has helped organizations from different positions in their Digital Transformation journey leveraging emerging technologies, and new products with an enterprise vision, focus on cybersecurity, efficiency, scalability, and cost optimization. He has strengthened the IV&V process, enhanced automation to deliver quality products that customers can entrust upon. He is certified in both AWS and Azure. He has finished his Master of Information Technology from Virginia Tech with concentrations in AI/ML, Cyber Security, IoT, Big Data, and IT Leadership.

Saro supports i-Link Solutions in many ways including:

• Providing Technical leadership comprising solutions, strategies, program execution, and improving customer satisfaction across our Federal, State and Commercial engagements.
• Supporting business on proposal responses, leaderships on strategic direction, growth, and engagements with potential and existing team partners.

Jason Olsavsky is the Sr. Recruiter at i-Link Solutions and has over 25 years of technology focused recruiting experience in support of US Federal Government agencies (Civilian, DoD, IC) and Commercial companies across the US.

Throughout his career, Jason has been responsible for full lifecycle recruiting, managing personnel in the field, recruiter training, recruiting policy & procedure development, and labor pricing & cost analysis – while working for diverse small/medium sized businesses to some of the largest HR Services companies in the world.

Jason supports i-Link Solutions in many ways including:

Manju Balakrishnan is the Compliance and Immigration Manager at i-Link Solutions. Manju joined i-Link Solutions in August 2020.

Prior to joining i-Link Solutions, she worked in immigration related roles for a sizable IT staffing and recruiting firm. Manju’s unique background has provided her with expert insight into the day-to-day immigration challenges that companies, and employees encounter in a dynamic and expanding business environment.
