Referral Bonus Program

At i-Link Solutions, we strive to find and hire the best talent available —

 CURRENT OPENINGS

Eligibility and Participation

  • All open positions are eligible for this program.
  • Referring parties can either be anyone affiliated or not affiliated with i-Link Solutions.

Referral Bonus Amount

  • i-Link Solutions offers a referral bonus of $1,200. 
  • Candidates must be hired within 12 months of the referral date.
  • Payments: 50% of the referral bonus will be paid out the month following the candidate’s 90th day of employment. Therefore, the remaining 50% will be awarded upon the candidate’s completion of their 180th day of employment.

Program Administration

The Referral Program operates in accordance with the following program requirements:

  • Management awards referral bonuses at their discretion.
  • The hiring process will be fair and consistent with i-Link Solutions’ policy and procedures, with no bias for or against candidates whose selection might make another employee eligible for a referral bonus.
