Herndon, VA - i-Link Solutions, Inc. a Minority Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB) and industry leader in agile software development and modernization, has been awarded a Blanket Purchase Agreement through the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Health Resources Services and Administration (HRSA) to provide Independent Testing, Verification, and Validation (ITV&V) Services for Information Technology (IT) Systems.
The contract is part of i-Link Solutions’ GSA MAS contract, with the work set to complete on a Time and Material (T&M), Firm Fixed Priced (FFP), or hybrid basis over a one-year base period with four additional one-year options. The total ceiling value of the contract is $100M. Work will predominantly be performed in Herndon, VA.

Through the contract, i-Link Solutions will provide ITV&V services to meet the mission of HRSA. The scope of the BPA is to generally cover any HRSA IT systems or sub-systems that may require ITV&V services.
