The decision to pursue the Certification on ISO 20000-1:2018 meant that since the start of 2021 our company undertook meticulous training and we worked to improve our procedures and systems. The certification was achieved by July 2021 and it helps place our company on a global scale.
What is ISO Certification?
ISO certification is provided by an independent international organization to companies who have developed their systems to ensure security, efficiency, and quality. It certifies that the management systems used by our organization our up to the standardization and quality assurance requirements. Each industry may have its type of ISO standards that help ensure consistency across organizations in the field. The ISO certification undertaken by i-Link Solutions is related to the area of Information Technology.

- Assurance of quality in the services provided;
- Consistent approach to the service lifecycle throughout the organization’s supply chain;

The standard helps demonstrate the consistency with which our organization provides products and services. It also relates to customer satisfaction, while adhering to the specifications set forth by the regulatory body. This certification demonstrates i-Link Solution’s continual aim to improve in all areas of our business while becoming more agile in the services and products we are providing.
Timeline
The ISO Certification was originally approved on July 7, 2021, and it expires on July 6, 2022. Therefore, the certification remains valid until July 6, 2024. An annual survey will be completed for a new certificate issuance for the organization each year.
