The decision to pursue the Certification on ISO 20000-1:2018 meant that since the start of 2021 our company undertook meticulous training and we worked to improve our procedures and systems. The certification was achieved by July 2021 and it helps place our company on a global scale.What is ISO Certification?

It certifies that the management systems used by our organization our up to the standardization and quality assurance requirements. Each industry may have its type of ISO standards that help ensure consistency across organizations in the field. This certification demonstrates i-Link Solution’s continual aim to improve in all areas of our business while becoming more agile in the services and products we are providing.
Timeline
The ISO Certification was originally approved on July 7, 2021, and it expires on July 6, 2022. Therefore, the certification remains valid until July 6, 2024. An annual survey will be completed for a new certificate issuance for the organization each year.
