I understand that if the candidate I referred is hired, I will receive a $600 referral bonus awarded after the individual I referred completes three months of service, and another $600 once the individual completes six months of service. These bonuses will be paid the month following the referral\'s third and six month of service. If the individual is not employed with i-Link Solutions after three or six months, the referral bonus will not be processed. The total referral bonus will not exceed $1,200.
