Welcome Richard Vanderhyde
HERNDON, VA—July 20, 2022 — i-Link Solutions, a national provider of strategic IT technology solutions serving defense and civil federal government and state customers announces Richard Vanderhyde as new Senior Director, Business Development. Mr. Vanderhyde will serve on the i-Link Solutions leadership team and report directly to Bob Busey, VP of Operations and Federal Services.Rich brings his 34+ years of extensive experience in all aspects of technical services Business Development (BD), capture management, and proposal management. Additionally, Richard has spent four years lobbying on the Hill and succeeded in accessing funds from the President’s budget.
Prior to i-Link Solutions, Rich, has worked on countless small/medium/large technical and IT services opportunities since the initiation of the Competition in Contracting Act. Mr. Vanderhyde will currently support i-Link Solution in focusing on business development, capture and proposal management consulting experience and leading new business capture initiatives. Rich also brings his tested and proprietary processes he has implemented and refined over decades including a standard set of best practice policies and procedures for the business development and proposal management.
As VP for business capture and proposal Management at QinetiQ-NA, Rich was responsible for management of 26 professionals executing all capture and proposal activity within an $800M business unit with pursuit areas including $100M+ DHS, DOD, and NASA opportunities. Prior to QinetiQ-NA, Rich served as Executive Director for Proposal Management and was responsible for three of ManTech’s corporate level business capture and proposal management business units.
