Joe Schray is Director Program Management at i-Link Solutions, a national provider of strategic IT technology solutions serving defense, state, and federal government customers.
Prior to joining i-Link Solutions in August 2022, Mr. Schray enjoyed 33 successful years with Raytheon Technologies, where he held a number of key positions, most recently serving as the Associate Director of the Navy Unmanned and Mission Management Solutions Program Area.
Joe supports i-Link Solutions in many ways including:
- Leading i-Link Solutions’ Program Management in the Federal Services space.
- Developing new strategies to support Business Development and company revenue growth.
- Leading standards for business capture and managing new pursuits.
- Supporting proposal development and business capture management.
